RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4128 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2.This Court, by an order dated 05.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4128 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/- to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are poor and they are not in a position to collect the money and execute the sureties within the prescribed time. Hence, they seek extension of time to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.4538 of 2020 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4128 of 2020 is extended by Two Weeks from today.
