This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 06.09.2024 as against one Chinnammal and others, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2024 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. 5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
