When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in G.O.Rt.No.2313, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 19.05.2016 indicating that the detention order has already been revoked.

2.In view of the order dated 19.05.2016, nothing survives for adjudication.
