Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6400 of 2021 dated 01.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that he is a business man and it is difficult for him to comply with the conditions, hence he seeks relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was directed to produce certain documents , but he has not produced those document, hence he opposed to relax the condition.

4. In view of the said submission that the petitioner has not produced documents as requested by the department authorities, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
5. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
