Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

W.P(MD).No.10408 of 2019 first respondent for giving pension to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the appropriate orders will be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
