Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's parents had passed away. The petitioner wants issuance of Legal Heir Certificate. The petitioner states that he is having three more sisters. It appears that unless the application is submitted through online, such Legal Heir Certificate is not issued.

3. In the case on hand, the death of the petitioner's father had happened way back in the year 1992. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2020 on merits and if satisfied, the second respondent shall issue Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
