Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is having agricultural lands in Mallanampatti village. She is aggrieved by the fact that there is a proposal to grant quarry license in respect of the petition mentioned lands. If even after hearing the petitioner's objection, the first respondent decides to issue the license, the petitioner shall be parallelly issued with the copy of the proceeding/license so that the petitioner can approach the Court without any delay. I make it clear that any omission to adhere to the directions now given will be seriously taken note of. 4.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
