ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and her husband based on the representation, dated 15.04.2023.
2.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are the parents and in-laws of the petitioner. A love marriage was performed by the petitioner with one Azeer Isac on 15.04.2023. The above said marriage is not liked by her parents and making trouble to them. Over which, the above said representation was given by the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared herself and gave a statement that the above said complaint may need not be proceeded further. Similarly, the private respondent also given a statement that they will not 2/4
make any trouble to the petitioner and both of them agreed that they will not trouble each other.
4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
