1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Kowsalya, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3.The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, East Police Station, Kumbakonam has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner and she expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner.
