ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned F.I.R in Crime no.168 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in C.C.No.1125 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
