ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2018 and to remove the encroachment made by the 3rd respondent in the water body comprised in S.Nos.416/3 and 416/6 classified as pathway and channel in the revenue records situated in 41, Velambadi Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.

2.Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the encroachment in question will be removed shortly based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 18.12.2018.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment in question within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
