Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in M.C.No.17/2020/A7, dated 10.08.2020 and in M.C.No.17/2020/A7, dated 19.08.2020 and quash the same.

ORDER

The show cause notices issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer / second respondent, are under challenge in the Writ Petition.

2.The only grievance of the petitioner is that in the show cause notice, the vehicle number has been mentioned, according to him, it is not belonged to him. Therefore, he sought to quash the entire show cause notice.

3.At the outset, I am unable to accept the contention. If at all the vehicle does not belong to the petitioner, he could give a proper explanation to the show cause notices to the Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11474 of 2020 Divisional Officer. Without resorting such measure, as a matter of right, he cannot challenge the show cause notice. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
