Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.678/4B2 and 678/8B, having an extent of 0.06.30 ares in Devaram, Perampupatti village, Uthamapalayam taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2015 within stipulated time by framed this Honourable Court. ORDER

The petitioner come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to survey and fix the boundary for the lands owned by him.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Spl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Spl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner, on merits.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's

property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
