Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 08.07.2020 passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse a sum of Rs.2,02,951/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty One only) to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

Mr.M.Sam Eugine Jebakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal before the State Level Empowered Committee challenging the impugned order, dated 08.07.2020.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, dated 08.07.2020 before the State Level Empowered Committee as per G.O.Ms.No.202, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 30.06.2016. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
