ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner`s representation dated 06.04.2024 and in accordance with law

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and First Information Report was registered in Crime No.42 of 2024 and thereafter final report was filed and the same was taken on file and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Further the respondents 3 and 4 also denied the allegations levelled against them.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and already representation of the petitioner was considered and First Information Report has been registered and thereafter final report was filed no further order is required to be passed in this petition. However if any criminal 2/4

activities done by the private respondents the petitioner can approach the second respondent with specific complaint.
