ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) Today, the second respondent produced the detenu by name Ramkumar before us.
2.The detenu informed that he left the residence, as he was verbally assaulted by his father for securing low marks in public examination.
3.The detenu is now prepared to go with his parents, who are also present in Court.
4. We have also heard the petitioner and his wife.
5. Since the detenu is a major, he is set at liberty. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
