The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has approached the second respondent herein for disbursement of educational loan amount for him, the second respondent has not considered the same till date.

2. Today (i.e 01.08.2018) when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that since the petitioner has not approached them they are unable to process the application. It is further submitted that in case, if the petitioner approaches the second respondent/ Branch Manager , the application will be processed favourably.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent bank and consequently the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's application seeking for disbursement of educational loan for enabling him to peruse the B.E (civil) Engineering Course. Disbursement of the loan shall be done in any case atleast within two weeks from the date of receipt of such application being filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
