O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenu on the ground that her daughter was found missing from 07.04.2016.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenu before us.

3. The detenu informed us that she is a major and she married the third respondent and she is now living with him at his residence. The detenu further informed us that she is not in illegal custody.

4. In view of the production of the detenu, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. The detenu is set free. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
