ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner claims that his father was issued with an assignment patta way back in the year 1976. His father passed away in the year 1993. The petitioner wants the implementation of the petition mentioned patta by incorporating the same in the revenue records. The petitioner has already given more than one application in this regard to the second respondent.

petitioner's application dated 07.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
