This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 06.07.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum, if necessary.
