Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 3 to implement the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 09.05.2018 and 27.09.2018 in respect of the temple festival in Sri Thalavai Nalla Madasamy Temple, Ramanujamputhur, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and consequently forbear the 4th respondent from performing the temple festival in Sri Thalavai Nalla Madasamy Temple, Ramanujamputhur, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2019 and pass such further or other orders.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the Peace Committee decisions, dated 09.05.2018 and 27.09.2018, while conducting the temple festival on 17.05.2019.

W.P(MD)No.10446 of 2019 2.Since the temple festival has already held and there is no report of violation of Peace Committee decisions, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein that in future if there is any violation of the terms of Peace Committee Meeting, he can approach the appropriate authority for redressal. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
