3.N.C.Raju ..Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife and his child namely Arivuselvi, aged 37 years and Arjun, aged 2 years respectively before this Court as in person or body, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty and hand over the child namely Arjun to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Arivuselvi, aged 37 years and Arjun, aged 2 years, wife and son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The detenu are present and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the relationship between the petitioner and detenu and also considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
