This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 07.03.2019 issued by the fourth respondent and consequently direct the respondents to issue the Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner's maternal grandmother late Ayeesha Beevi wife of Ninar Rawther within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
