Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.ARUMUGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.4782 of 2021 regularly and investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the first and second petitioner are senior citizens and the third petitioner is a corporation lorry driver and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
