Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to restore the Civil Miscellaneious Petition in C.M.P (MD) No.3546 of 2023 in C.R.P.(MD) S.R.No.21520 of 2022 which was dismissed for nonpayment of cost.

Prayer in CMP(MD). 6544/ 2023 :

To extend the time ordered by this Hon`ble Court in C.M.P (MD) No.3546 of 223 and C.R.P (MD) S.R.No.21520 of 2022 dated 27.03.2023 to pay cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Cheif Justice Relief Fund, for a further period of one week and thus render justice.

Prayer in CRP(MD) Sr.No.21520 of 2023:

To set aside the judgment and decree dated 04.11.2020 passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2018 Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CMP(MD) No.6534 & 6544 of 2023 Against I.A.No.607 of 2012 in O.S.No.68 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Shenkottai and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KESAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the respective civil miscellaneous petitions, these petitions stand allowed subject to the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of the Chief Justice Fund within a period of seven days from today, failing which, this order shall stand vacated automatically. In case, the petitioners deposit the aforesaid amount within the time stipulated and report the same, Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the case for admission in the course of the week thereafter.
