ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2015 for renewing the fishing right in the big tank at Keelapavoor, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Mr.K.Guru learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Though the petitioner has sought for renewing the fishing right, no renewal application finds place in the typed set of papers nor it is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to file an application to the respondents for renewal of his fishing rights. On doing so, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the interested parties, if any, on or before 29.06.2015.
