RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant a further time of 8 weeks to deposit the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No. 1 of 2020 in the special court for TNPID Act, Madurai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.

1 of 2020 in the Special Court for TNPID Act, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 29.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2020 in the Special Court for TNPID Act, Madurai, within a period of Four weeks. He would further submit that the petitioner already deposited a sum of Rs.1 Lakh and seeks further time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.4 Lakhs.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7726 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
