This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 19.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5589 of 2021, on the file of this Court.

2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner has received the order copy belatedly from his counsel and therefore, the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seek time to surrender.

3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 15 days time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
