ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the petitioner's Original Sale Deed in Doc.No. 1044 of 1998 dated 14.09.1998, which was lost on 07.03.2026 by considering the petitioner's online complaint dated 07.03.2026 and representation dated 13.03.2026, 14.03.2026 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.03.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit the certified copies or xerox copies of the original documents. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
