O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she was taken by the third respondent against her wishes. The police now secured her from Madya Pradesh and produced before this Court.

2. We have examined the petitioner, who is none other than her father. According to the petitioner, the third respondent took the minor against her wishes.

3. We direct the second respondent to take the minor to the Government Hospital for medical examination and thereafter, take appropriate action against the third respondent, in the light of the complaint preferred by the petitioner.

4. The minor wanted to go with the petitioner. The minor is handed over to the petitioner.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
