ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 5th respondent to lay the 60 feet scheme road.
2. The issue raised in the writ petition is no more res-integra. The above said scheme was dropped and the Municipality has no proposal as of now to lay road in that particular locality. The writ appeal filed by the petitioner in WA.(MD)No.1352 of 2024 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024. Thus, no further consideration is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.M.S., J.)
