C-60.To Condone the delay of 143 days in filing the main Criminal revision as against the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Criminal Appeal No.31/2024 dt.11.08.2025 confirming the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram in SC No.44 of 2018 dated 27.02.2024, pending disposal of the main criminal revision petition.

ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 143 days in preferring Criminal Revision against the judgement by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Criminal Appeal No.31/2024 dt.11.08.2025 confirming the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram in SC No.44 of 2018 dated 27.02.2024, pending disposal of the main criminal revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
