O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to retain the Government Promboke land from the 4th respondent and take action against the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 would submit that they already conducted enquiry based on the petitioner's representation and C.S.R.No. Page No. 2 of 4

400 of 2024 was closed. Again, the petitioner sent the same representation on 18.02.2025 and the same will be considered and disposed of within one month.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the respondents no.1, he is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of one month from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
