ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the limited relief for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the review petition in R.P.No.130 of 2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner in his affidavit would submit that the above review petition filed by him on 03.06.2022 as per the direction of this Court in W.P(MD) No.10495 of 2022. However, the same has been pending without any progress, which constrained the petitioner to approach this Court by way of this petition.

3. Considering the limited request, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the review petition in R.P.No.130 of 2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
