Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's detenu daughter, namely, Alagu D/o.Chandran, aged about 22 years and the petitioner's detenu grandson namely, Nithish @ Malaisamy, S/o.Karuppaiah, aged about 2 years before this Court from the illegal detention of the third respondent and set them at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu, by name, Alagu, before us along with child, aged about two years. The detenu informed us that she is not in illegal custody and she has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ been residing with the third respondent. The detenu further
informed us that she is not prepared to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father.
2. We have examined the petitioner also.
3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
