JUDGMENT

************** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] We are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal. Admittedly, the appellant herein, who is the fifth respondent in the writ petition, had not appeared before the learned Single Judge. Therefore, the remedy open to the appellant is to file an appropriate application seeking to review the order, explaining the reasons for her absence.

2. In such a view of the matter, this writ appeal is dismissed, giving liberty to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge, who passed the impugned order. No costs.
