Representation dated 20.03.2026 and direct the Authority to inspect of the Septic Tank constructed by the 5th Respondent and ascertained the distance between the Septic Tank constructed by the 5th Respondent and the Petitioner's Bore well laid down and dismantle the Septic Tank which is constructed by the 5th Respondent illegally and gross violation of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 20.03.2026.

2. By the said representation, the petitioner has called upon respondents 2 and 3 to survey the 2/6

septic tank constructed by 5th respondent and ascertain the distance between the septic tank constructed by R5 and bore well dug by the petitioner and dismantle the septic tank which was conducted by the R5.

3. The petitioner further contends that the construction of the septic tank is in gross violation of Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019, wherein it is stipulated that septic tank should not be constructed within 18 meters from any water sources.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 22.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
