Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a woman employee ageed about 56 years. She holding the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer. She is presently working in Madurai City Municipal Corporation on deputation basis. She seeks repatriation to Chennai or any other nearby place. The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation. All that she seeks is disposal of the same.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
