The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to declare the impugned notifications dated 07.03.2019 published in TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY in No.113 of 2019, issued by the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW8(1)) Department on the file of Respondent No.3 as Null and Void and consequently direct the respondent nos.1 to 5 herein to appoint the Social worker members of the Juvenile Justice Board of All Districts of Tamil Nadu as per the Juvenile Justice Board of All Districts of Tamil Nadu as per the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016. 3/6

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since new members are appointed as per the new Act, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S., J.)
