The petitioner filed G.W.O.P.No.10 of 2023 on the file of Principal District Court, Tuticorin. He filed this civil revision petition seeking speedy disposal of the said G.W.O.P.

2.Since G.W.O.P. itself was filed only last year and since I am not aware of the work load of the Court below, I am reluctant to issue the direction sought for.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been denied even visitation rights and that is why, this civil revision petition has been filed.

4.It is seen seen that the petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2023 seeking interim relief. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said I.A. on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of next hearing.
