This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation dated 19.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 19.03.2025 to take action as against her husband and others, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is also under consideration by the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.
