Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The limited prayer sought for is for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6395/2009/A1, dated 03.02.2010.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that in view of the pendency of appeals, considerable time must be taken to dispose of the same and that the appeals have been taken up for consideration as per seniority. As such, in my view, the time limit of two months could be reasonable for the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal.
