O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that as she was not prepared to marry a person, suggested by the petitioner, she left the matrimonial home. She is presently at Coimbatore. She is prepared to go with the petitioner, provided she is not made to marry against her wishes. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner, who appeared before us, informed that she would not give her in marriage now, as she is a minor. According to the petitioner, in accordance with the wishes of the detenu, she would be given in marriage, after attaining majority.

3. In view of the stand taken by the petitioner, the detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner.

4. The detenu is handed over to the petitioner.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
