O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she left the residence on her own and married the third respondent. Now, he is in abroad. The detenu has been residing along with the parents of the third respondent. The detenu is not willing to go with the petitioner.

2. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
