Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Gazette Notification issued by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings Municipality Resolution No.730 dated 31.12.2014 published in Theni District, Special Gazette Publication in so far as the proceedings in A.2 Continuous No.27 and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents not to collect a sum of Rs.20/- per day as tax from the Retail Milk Vendors in Cumbum Municipality, Theni District.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
