O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to conduct enquiry as against the 4th respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 06.03.2025 and 02.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent through representation dated 06.03.2025, but no action was taken. Again she sent a representation dated 02.04.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they received the representations of the petitioner and the same is under consideration by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the 3rd respondent will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders in Page No. 2 of 4

this petition.

5. Since the 3rd respondent has admitted the receipt of the representations of the petitioner and the same is under consideration, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
