The petitioner seeks limited relief of disposal of his online application for subdivision based on the existing joint patta and registered sale deed, dated 22.09.1992.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Considering the scope of the writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that his online application for subdivision is pending without progress.

5. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
