ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue legal heirship certificate for the petitioner's brother namely,

Chinna Ponnachi alias Kannu, who died on 29.01.2021, by considering the petitioner's application dated 14.03.2024.

2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner, seeking issuance of a legal heirship certificate of his brother, Chinna Ponnachi alias Kannu, submitted an application through online on 14.03.2024. As the said application was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not uploaded all the relevant documents along with the online application. However, if the petitioner uploads the necessary documents, his application will be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to upload all the necessary documents within a period

of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such documents, the second respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within six weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
