This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 with regard to the sanction of peanut loan based on the representations of the petitioner dated 26/02/2021 and 26/04/2021. 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. The representations have been made to the Hon'ble Chief Minister. However, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take action. There is a complete disjunct between the representations made by the petitioner and the relief that has been sought for in this writ petition. There are absolutely no merits in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
