ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction of a commercial complex by the respondents 4 to 7 in S.Nos.179/38 and 179/39 at Thanjai Main Road (North), Thiruveumbur, Tiruchirapalli District.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 4 to 7 have each obtained separate building plans for 2000 square feet. Taking advantage of the four plans, they have jointly put up a structure and constructed a commercial complex, which is in violation of the approved plans. Hence, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents 4 to 7. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 submitted that the respondents 4 to 7 had already submitted a revised plan in the year 2019 itself and that orders have been passed thereon. 3/6
4.Considering the fact that the construction of the commercial complex is not in dispute, there shall be a direction to the authority concerned to conduct an enquiry in this regard and, if any violation is found, to take action in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondents 4 to 7.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
